I visited this business today to get a color change and cut down. I had tried several other shops on Mercer Island before going here...but the other places were busy and had a wait. When I got to Pro Mercer Nails, there was only 1 customer in there and they could get me in right away. The lady (owner) who provided my service did a horrible job. She didn't take all of my previous color off before doing a french manicure...so the pink I had on before showed though. I asked her to redo my color change and she said okay, no prob... read more
