On Thursday, April 3, 2008, I had an appointment for 10:15am. This was confirmed several times by the office (in writing and phone), who stated that if I missed my appointment or if I was late, my insurance would be billed. I arrived at 10:12am, checked in, and then proceeded to wait for **45 minutes** with no information or apologies. At 11am, I approached the front desk, where i asked to reschedule.
