I have been to many places and worked with many therapists. Charles is among the top ones. He has great healing massage techniques, is empathetic and can feel the patients. I am glad to be working with him. The left side of my body has been impacted by my previous dental work, and I need to bring care and gentleness to it, and he is helping with the process. Great attitude too as always pleasant to have conversation with him. The overall experience is very healing. I recommend!
Deepika is a wonderful physiotherapist that is patient centered and an amazing advocate for your needs. She has helped me gain more movement and alleviate my pain to feel functional again. My appointments with her helped tremendously in feeling myself again. I recommend Pro-Medic and their wonderful staff to anyone.
Deepika is an amazing physio and I have been seeing her over the years for all my physio needs. She is so good that I have followed her from her previous clinics. She has helped me recover from workplace injuries as well as car accidents and I don't know what I would have done without her. I had a fantastic experience at Pro Medic Health Center for treating my neck pain. Deepika, with her extensive experience, quickly understood my condition and tailored a treatment plan that incorporated various techniques. This included manual therapy, stretches, and exercises, which greatly reduced my pain and improved my mobility. She also gave me helpful advice on posture and ergonomics. Deepika was very professional and extremely helpful. They cured my Plantar Fasciitis that I have had for six months. She inserted a dry needle under the foot right where the pain was and that did the trick!
