Pro-med Drug Screenings would have had a five star. If not for the very poor customer service I received from an employee named Susan Cleary. Unfortunately, she was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I work in costumer service and I have had times I was annoyed with a costumer for whatever reasons. But as a mature and kind employee I am always very polite to the customer no matter my mood. I dont take it out on an innocent stranger. Susan did not have this common sense.
