The staff were all very friendly And made sure that everything was taken care of smoothly. My car was fixed in the about a week and I didn’t have to worry about booking a rental car because they took care of everything. Definitely recommend for hail damage repair!

I got paint-less debt repair done here. Pina at the front desk was very helpful but I had to reach out to them to get updates on my car which was a bit frustrating. They did get my car finished in the timeframe they quoted me which I appreciated, and they covered my rental car while it was being worked on.
After being caught in a major hail storm our new(er) truck was pretty beat up and a busted windshield too. We saw Pro-Masters sign and decided to check them out. They made the entire process so simple! Took care of EVERYTHING for us…even the car rental! Wow! The same week, our mother had to have a major surgery…and we didn’t have to even think about our truck repair! Awesome team! Awesome service! And our truck looks AMAZING!!! Thank you!
I was very disappointed with the communication throughout the repair process. I was given conflicting information about the status of my vehicle, and the automatic email updates were often inaccurate. Ryan frequently didn’t respond to my texts, and on multiple occasions I was told someone would call me back, but I never received a return call.
