What more can be said? Omar is FANTASTIC!! Almost 2 years ago we had a new Energy Kinetics Resolute RT boiler installed by a different HVAC technician/company. Fast forward to now, we started having problems with the boiler running properly. Omar was OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT!!!! Not enough can be said for his knowledge, professional skill and talent!! The other day our Energy Kinetics Resolute RT boiler went out and we had no heat on the coldest day of the year. Getting someone to come and do an emergency service call was next to impossible on such a short notice. Omar squeezed me in and fixed the problem and got our heat back.
