Thank goodness for professional tradesmen! I made a homeowner mess and these guys helped unscrew the mistakes. It's the huge number of little things that tradesmen know that is worth your money, and these guys know the all those little things. I had made a rookie mistake replacing my old secondary water line while replacing some concrete. Unfortunately my connection leaked under the concrete. Joel our technician was friendly, efficient, and willing to answer questions. He did a great job. He came on his day off, so we would have hot water. And he let us know that outside gas valve was not shutting off completely. He also pointed out issues with the gas valve to the furnace. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Would highly recommend.
Max was great. He explained my drain issue really well and it was fixed in less than a day.
