I love these guys - Luan and his son Julian. They have done everything for me the last several years. And I mean everything. My 1990 house is new again and my wife is smiling again. What they don't do themselves they arrange for the specialists to do it and they supervise it. Like tricky plumbing issues when they re-did my two bathrooms. Reliable, honest and prices are fair. I had work done to deteriorated wood in my large backyard decking. None of the wood was usable. Luan and his family replaced all the rotted foundation wood then put the original composite boards back. I feel like I have a view deck!! I love their work ethic. Luan was fantastic. Not only did he service my chimney he also went above and beyond to help with any other services that needed immediate attention. I will definitely hire Luan again!
Luan is great. Very professional, focused on the work, and fair. He came to inspect the roof (and actually got on the roof to access). He walked through that house with me as a pointed out my concerns. He truly focused on the project at-hand and gave me a good price on the project. I spoke with 3 other vendors (some who quoted me for different projects, rather than focusing on my concerns).
