Jason and Craig did an excellent job cleaning out our air vents and dryer vent. Throughout the process of cleaning they were both very respectful of our home. We immediately noticed a difference in our air and I am no longer dusting as frequently as I was before. Stephanie was so very kind to work with on the phone. I would highly recommend Pro-Master. Thank you again!
Jason did a wonderful job cleaning my furnace ducts. He is a very nice, personable young man. I didn't give him 5 stars for a couple reasons. First of all, for the price I paid, over $700, why was I asked to move furniture away from the vents? That definitely should have been part of the labor of the job. The other reason is, he accidentally knocked over a houseplant and broke the pot. No problem, accidents happen, but he didn't even offer to take off $15 or $20 from the invoice to replace the pot. That's very telling.
