I regret ever hiring this siding contractor. Not only did they miss the promised deadline by over a month, but their crew was also extremely unprofessional—smoking on my property, playing loud music, and even leaving trash around. The communication was terrible; I had to constantly chase them for updates. When the job was finally done, the siding didn’t even look straight, and there were gaps that let air and water in. They promised a “lifetime warranty” on their work, but when problems showed up just months later—loose panels, poor sealing, and water leaks—they refused to honor the warranty. We cannot be more pleased with new look of our home. We have received multiple compliments from our neighbors. Ron, Tyler and the entire crew did a fantastic job installing new windows along with the seamless metal siding.
The crew exceeded expectations. My home is beautiful! They were courteous, focused, efficient, talented, punctual, attentive to detail, and worked as a team. I appreciate they worked solely on my house until completion and completed it in 4 days! Thank you Pro-Mar
