THE WORST builder. We've purchased 3 other newly constructed homes over the years and this is by far the worst. Very poor craftsmanship, low grade materials and a horrible warranty. Blueprint warranty (conflict of interest since it's owned by ProMade/Infinity) does not follow through. You have to continually stay on them and even then, things don't get done. When the Blueprint workers "fix" things, they often make it worse. Builder installed an HVAC unit that was too small, our floors are warped, the pipes are not insulated ... read more
