Super friendly and get it done super quick
They didn't ask me which oil change I wanted, then charged me the most expensive oil change I've ever had. I would have appreciated them being transparent about what kind of oil they were putting in my car and the cost before performing the service. I've never returned. I will GLADLY go to Idaho Falls rather than stop by Rigby again.
Excellent place. Quick efficient and well priced. I’ve only ever had one problem going there, they unknowingly bent my tire valve pin on a tire of mine filling it up and didn’t replace any of the valve caps. But that was 1 time out of 10 or so.
