The personnel at this shop did an absolutely 5 star job on my pickup. Cannot express how courteous & professional they were thru the entire process. Noah has a great crew here. Thanks for all you did.
I would imagine if things weren't done correctly that they would honor things and take care of them. Sadly not the case. Update, they did end up taking care of the issue fortunately.
It doesn't take much to keep people happy, this place doesn't seem to care though. Update, they did up resolving the issue.
I took my brand new 2024 Tacoma in on Monday 8/12 to get my new canopy put on. I picked it up, took it home, took some pictures of the canopy on the truck and was overall happy with the canopy itself, today I was loading my kid into the truck and noticed a dent that I didn’t have before the canopy was put on 4 days prior because I have washed this truck multiple times and I always clean the roof and would have seen if that dent was there prior.
