I really wanted to give this company a chance to earn my business, but they fumbled the ball. They appear to have stellar reviews except one for not showing up, guess now that makes TWO negative reviews for being a NO SHOW. How can anyone do business with a company who DOES NOT honor their word by not showing up??? I left work early to make sure I would be home for the person to come out to give the quote, so I loss money which is not acceptable. An appt was scheduled to get an estimate. Date and Time was set up by the company. We exchanged several emails. We also received an email 1 hour prior to our appt date and time as a reminder. We changed plans. No one ever showed up. Nothing. No email, no phone call, nothing. When I sent several more emails asking for an explanation I received nothing. How disappointing. If needed I have all emails.
Roger snd his team are excellent! They have repainted our whole house and performed some carpentry work for us. We were thrilled with the results and will continue to use them! Highly recommend them!
Pro line painters were excellent and paid attention to detail. Roger was flexible with time and gave me a reasonable estimate. His painter were awesome too. They moved and covered all my furniture and flooring and ensured nothing got damaged. They were swift and fast, communicated openly and with great customer service.
