I have seen other reviews about the poor customer service, and I have to agree. There is nothing "pro" about Pro-Line. I got a fence estimate from the MONTHS ago, and to date they have not responded to my follow up emails. I even reached out to the corporate office....nothing....still no response. There are MANY alternatives to using Pro-Line, and I recommend contacting someone else!
The Quality could have been better
Terrible response time! Called about a fence repair some 3 weeks ago, was told an appointment needed to be set which we scheduled. The day of the scheduled appointment I received a call asking if I could send a picture of the damaged fence which I provided that same day. Another week when by with no response so I emailed or text. I was told they were working on it. Today I called (3 weeks) person took down the same information that I had to provide on the initial call. Is there way of perhaps saying they do not what this sma... read more
