A developer friend warned me to stay clear of this guy & that he was was slower than a snail! He said he had to take legal action for Bobs non-performance. Unfortunately I had to find out for myself!..Bob is the biggest foot dragging procrastinating waste of time & $ I ever dealt with. Only time he gets involved is when u change engineers ....to waste more of your time & $ objecting to anything he can once he loses job. Real piece of........work!
