We could not have been in better hands for our appliance installation. From the very start we had the best experience all the way through till the end. The guys arrived and were so prepared, professional, kind & thoughtful throughout the two day installation!! The attention to detail was awesome to see and everything was perfect!! Odane and Jaquan were truly professional. They answered all questions I asked satisfactorily. They installed the washer and dryer carefully and meticulously as a team. I marveled at how adeptly coordinated they were in fitting 2 heavy and bulky appliances into such a tight space. At the end of the job, they ran the appliances to test for proper functioning and both worked well. I’m very grateful to your two employees for the exceptional work they did!
Installation of Combo Microwave Wall Oven. Pro Line Appliance is awesome for the installation of a new combination microwave oven with wall oven. The house was built in the 1990s with a combo wall oven unit. The cabinetry and facing molding are good hard wood. Lowes wanted to sell us a replacement cabinet made of junk and do who only knows what to the molding, not to mention matching special, paint cured in a paint booth. If I am forced to find fault, it is only that they are so busy that it takes a while to get a spot on their schedule. From the first moment of contact to the final thank you and goodbye, the entire team at Pro Line was professional and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Highly recommend using their skilled services.
Very pleased with the removal of old microwave and installation of our new Hauslane under the cabinet hood! The team did a great job! Very efficient, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
