I've been to this shop twice since moving to the area about a year ago. The first visit was for a motorcycle inspection, and the second was for some preventative maintenance on my wife's car. On both visits, I worked with Brandy at the front desk. Unlike some of the reviews I've read, I found her to be friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Stopped in twice now. Both times the lady at the desk wasn't very pleasant. Quoted me $500 to replace an air conditioner O ring. I feel everyone deserves a second chance therefore I stopped for a quick inspection. Apparently I had a taillight out. I told her that I had bulbs that Id quickly replace it. She said she'd have to fail my inspection. So I said well I have the bulbs thinking they could use them....she said her bulbs were only $1. Fine, whatever....Charged me $5 for a bulb she said was $1!!! And $20 to replace it! R... read more
