The only mechanic shop ive found to come in under an estiment. Great place. I dont need any other place now that i have found them.
Awesome repair shop. Never had a bad experience.
First off I called 5 times before getting someone on the phone. The times I did call I got an automated voice saying that the phone system did not take voicemails. That is business that this location is missing out on. I spoke to a lady name Brandy and she was very rude, I was looking to get a quote on new brakes and a tuneup but she talked to me like I was an inconvenience to her. I will just take my car down the street to Harwood instead.
Staff is nice and accommodating. However, during inspection an obvious issue was not identified that I pointed out. I ended up replacing preloaded strut assembly on my vehicle and saved money. So, I am happy. Based on the reply here is the updated review. The observation made in my comment is from a previous visit. I left the comment today because Google just asked for a review of your facility. I have no complaints.
