Stopped in twice now. Both times the lady at the desk wasn't very pleasant. Quoted me $500 to replace an air conditioner O ring. I feel everyone deserves a second chance therefore I stopped for a quick inspection. Apparently I had a taillight out. I told her that I had bulbs that Id quickly replace it. She said she'd have to fail my inspection. So I said well I have the bulbs thinking they could use them....she said her bulbs were only $1. Fine, whatever....Charged me $5 for a bulb she said was $1!!! And $20 to replace it! R... read more
Rude lady Brandy, as I see in your other reviews and sure she is the one posting comments, could not give me a time frame until I called today to get it back to take to Harwood who was able to give me an appointment. Sounds like she needs to be trained in customer service. Will not bother with using your company or recommend ever again and cheers toy you!
I took my Dodge 2500 truck to a shop (that I won't name), but unfortunately, they caused more damage than repairs. Thankfully, Pro-Line was recommended to me by the owner of the tire shop I use, and I could not be happier! Not only did Pro-Line go FAR above and beyond my expectations, their expertise, patience in answering my questions, and overall customer service were top notch! I have been going to Pro-Line for 15+ years. They have never let me down. Pricing is fair and Honest. They ALWAYS quote me up front and stick to it. Yes, the girl up front can seem a bit 'brisk' at times, but it's a busy shop and she has to wear a lot of hats during the day. BUT, she seriously knows her job, their business, and if you frequent them she will remember you. They earned my loyalty, and I respect that.
Great place. Honest mechanics. Fix anything.
