We ordered a couple work benches which we configured with the online tool and the product and support have been great! The pieces were easy to quote and order and the benches arrived on time and as expected. When I reached out to get additional documentation, the Pro-Line team was very helpful and responsive, completing my request within a matter of hours. Very positive experience.
Best workbench I've used. Super stable and strong. The rack is super adjustable and the lights are great. I had to deal with customer service once and they handled my problem instantly. What a great company and products.
The company I work for had ordered all of us new benches around 10 years ago. These benches have been quite nice to have, and a huge upgrade from the previous tables. After almost a decade of opening and closing my workbench drawers, and rather quickly, I had an issue. The mounting bracket at the front gave up and needed to be reworked. We had ordered double sided work benches from Pro-line and some of the hardware was misplaced due to changes in our shop. I sent an email to Pro-line requesting pricing for the missing hardware. Bob Simmons Vice President responded with free replacement of the hardware. What a wonderful experience.
Heard these guys were the best, figured I would give them a try and I was not disappointed! Ordered multiple workbenches through their Quick Ship program which shipped in 5 days, just as promised. Super sturdy and reliable products, will definitely be ordering again!
