Sebastian did an amazing job installing our landscape lighting. His experience showed throughout the whole process from designing, installation, and after installation.
We engaged Pro Lighting to add and move our existing lights. Sebastian, the owner, came out and provided a quote. Once accepted he provided a time and date he would be out to start the install. Like clockwork he came and started when he promised. The work took 3 days. He was efficient, pleasant and cleaned up any mess that he made as a result of adding additional wiring. I had high hopes for my backyard lighting, but unfortunately, Pro Lighting Outdoors fell short. I wanted a resort-like feel, but the execution just didn’t live up to my expectations. The succulent planters weren’t lit evenly, and the single light in my butterfly garden looked out of place. What disappointed me most was the soffit light installation — I was told it could be done, but it ended up being more trouble than it was worth. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the final result.
I am the president of the HOA at The Cove in Beachwalk and we could not have more pleased with Mr Shaw’s work for our community. The project was completed in the time frame we expected. Our entrance lighting looks beautiful and he was by far the best bid we got. Would 100% hire him again.
We recently worked with Sebastian from Pro Lighting Outdoors for our lighting project at The Cove in Beachwalk, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. From the start, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Communication was difficult, and it often felt like we had to chase him down for updates or clarity.
