Booked a job for 10am Monday, nobody turned up. Waited until 11am and rang to see if they was running late, no answer. Always like to book local tradespeople if i can but on this occasion it was a mistake.

Fantastic service, responded quickly and flexible with appointments, Louis (the electrician) is fantastic, he was an absolute pleasure to be around, he was humble, polite, professional and explained everything clearly. He made sure we understood everything before he went away. Incredible customer service will definitely use this company again and would recommend highly. Brilliant!!

I cannot recommend Pro-Lec electrical contractors enough! They provided exceptional service from start to finish and exceeded all of my expectations.
