I am writing to express gratitude to Pro Landscapes for doing a very nice job getting our outdoor areas ready for the year. Their work included trimming, mulching, adding landscape stone, and cleaning/regrouting our paver patio. Their work was top notch.
I have nothing but good words for this company and its owner, David. I had stone steps installed in early 2025 and did a fantastic job. I had one stone come loose right after our last snow and I contacted David about it. He sent someone out in less than a week to repair it. And recently, I contacted them to do a spring clean-up, redo a garden with the addition of a retaining wall, and to install stone steppers on a hill. Re-graded our yard, haven't had issues with water against the foundation since. Also added in-ground drain extensions for our gutters which helped a ton.
I was not completely satisfied with the service provided. While the landscaping did look nice after the work was completed in August 2025, I expected a better outcome considering the amount of money paid. One particular concern was the amount of mulch that was put down. I felt that for the price, more mulch should have been added to the landscape. After the service, the team did not securely replace my window well covers and left out some screws. As a result, I was unable to open the covers to clean out my wells at the end o... read more
