This was my first experience using a Title Company for the sale of a property. The process was well explained and I received all the help I needed to get my information to them. They allowed the time I needed and made everything very easy. Tyson Allen met with the buyer on their schedule which was not during regular working hours. It was very helpful. If I ever have the need again, I will certainly call ProLand Title

Worst title company we've ever dealt with over the 5 homes we've owned in multiple states. Errors on phone numbers, errors on the closing statement figures, horrendous communication....this is now the second time in a week since we closed they're reaching out for a document they missed or an error notice. Very unprofessional! This company lacks the essential skills needed to adequately buy or sell homes....playing with hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Very poor experience. Zero communication. Nothing like not receiving the closing settlement until 6:45 on a Friday, with errors, and when the notary shows up (out of state sale) at 9am Monday, nothing has been done, so an hour is wasted just fixing and confirming things that should have already been done. Then the next day to be told they didn't reverify the mortgage pay off (from nearly 3 weeks ago) as the closing was pushed back, so their numbers were wrong.
