I purchased my first Little Giant ladder from Pro Ladder Supply. When the ladder arrived it was damaged during shipment. I called the company and talked to Eric. He was very professional and courteous. After explaining the situation he had me send the ladder back for him to inspect himself. He then sent me another ladder that arrived in perfect condition.
