Nice guy . He was honest, telling me he could not clean oriental rugs with fring or colorful patterns. He recommended dry cleaning Or a rug cleaner that had the right equipment that would not damage the rugs I described. I greatly appreciated his honesty!

Very rude over the phone. I had an appointment to get an estimate. I was outside awaiting their arrival. As they drove up, they gave me the peace sign and just drove on by. I've tried calling them back to confirm they had the correct address, and they haven't answered the phone yet.
