Jose and Liz are great to work with! You’ll have a good experience both at the shop and trackside where you’ll find their experience and customer service exceptional. Regardless if you’re getting a small service or getting one tire for the first time, it’s great being treated like you’ve been going to them for years. You’ll want to come back.
I knew of Pro J’s Cycles from motorcycle Trackdays and social media and I finally was able to visit their shop a week ago. I came out from Pleasanton to get new tires because of how helpful they were over the phone. They gave me great advice and I never felt like I was getting “Sold” on anything. Just good honest opinions based on their knowledge and experience.
