I really doubt the sincerely of these reviews on here, in fact someone of them are probably friends and family. Absolutely horrible customer service. If you want to deal with a moody, unprofessional, triggered individual who might snap at you, might hang up on you, might come to do your job if he feels like it, might even block you (who does that?) well this is right business for you! I was in a jam and needed a plumber and got a referral from someone for Pro Island Plumbing. They were very prompt and professional. The quality of work was excellent and the customer service was great.

Pro Island Drain Cleaning & Service was so great to work with I almost want to keep them my secret. I woke up early to the dreaded sound every homeowner fears, the constant drip, drip, drip. I called Brandon early in the morning, and he answered right away and offered to come out the same day. He communicated clearly, worked around my schedule, and quickly diagnosed the issue with a clear plan to fix it.
