We needed a new water heater and Brandon took the time to educate us on what brand would be the most reliable and the correct size for us. We purchased it and Mario installed it expertly and efficiently. Very happy with service and product. Brandon (PIDCS) has done some other jobs for us: new disposal, unclogging bathroom drains, and we have found the work to be top quality and the prices charged very reasonable.

Brandon and his team are professional and knowledgable. They installed a hot water heater (and replaced it when it was faulty), did some major plumbing repairs of old pipes in our walls, installed new shower fixtures and various other projects over the past year. He answers his phone and stands behind his work. His prices are fair. Give respect to them as he and his team are pros, and you will get that in return.

Called Brandon for an emergency leak because he was highly recommended by our property manager. His customer service on the phone alone could scare anyone away. He left us feeling like we were bothering him. He scheduled us for 8:30am the next day but failed to show. When we called him to see where he was, he said we were supposed to call him back though it was never mentioned after he gave us a set time.
