Throughout the installation process we found Darren to be prompt, professional, and courteous, always willing to answer any questions we had. Pro Irrigation and Lighting repaired and upgraded my outdated irrigation system. This work included replacement of damaged sprinkler heads, re-locating existing heads to provide more efficient yard coverage, and installing a wireless control panel that I can manage easily with a phone. Upgrades to the entire system was completed same-day. Work was communicated with me every step of the way, explaining the details. I'd give them a 6 if I could! We had what I thought was a leak in the sprinkler system - he came out within an hour of calling, dug around the leak and determined it was actually a leak in the main water supply into the house at the foundation. He repaired it and cleaned up the job site all in an afternoon. Best service of any kind we've ever received!

When we needed a repair on our irrigation system, Darren was the only one of several companies that returned our call. He came out right away, found the problem and repaired it same day. During that visit, we learned that he also installs and maintains landscape lighting. We had always wanted to do this and felt that Darren would do a great job.
