EXCELLENT COMPANY! Please don’t believe the lies told from other disgruntled individuals. I recently used this company to get a better quote for auto insurance. Long story short I went from paying $305 a month to now paying $161 a month for the same auto coverage! FYI: I am not a robot or a paid actor LOL! The company has been a true blessing!
I have been a customer of Pro Insurance/Health Pro for years. My auto and home policies are up for renewal. I received an email from my agent Alexis, telling me about a different policy with the same company I currently have which would save me about $2,000. The coverage is the same or better, and I wouldn't have known about it unless Alexis contacted me. Thank you for being proactive on my behalf.
Don't get car insurance there ! I called like 100 times to get someone on the phone. My question is how do they make money like that ?
This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Not only did they lie about our payment and policy, but they canceled us and tried to retrieve more money. They canceled us three days early and tried to get $1,000 to reinstate it. Now they put us in collections for a bill we NEVER received. There weird when you walk in as if you interrupted them.The agent we had was so unprofessional we thought she rolled out of bed.
