James was great and incredibly knowledgeable! Really felt like my concerns were listened to and taken care of in quick order.
TLDR: HIGHLY recommend to ANY local german vehicle owners! First time Audi owner and they were nothing but kind and helpful! Answered any questions I had and kept me informed on my car. Pricing is extremely fair and blows any Audi dealership out of the water, with a master technician I might add. Overall, they have made a life long customer out of this new Audi owner.
