The wife and I have been using Pro Import for years for several of our vehicles (BMW, Maserati and Challenger). Been very pleased with the work and will continue to take our cars to them for service.

Pro Import has serviced my Audi since 2019. They always provide excellent service. My car has been so well taken care of that with over 160k miles on it - it still drives like day one! I highly recommend these guys. Rich, Andrew, & Angelica are always great to deal with. These guys are honest and reputable.
I can’t say enough good things about Pro Imports in Gainesville! I called when they were getting close to closing, and they still told me to bring my car in—even being upfront that if it was something serious, they might not have enough time to fix it that day. They took one look and quickly found the problem: a loose hose! They fixed it right away, ran a diagnostic to check the codes, AND even filled my tires while I was there. ⭐⭐☆☆☆ I had a repair done here in February that totaled around $1,800. I received and authorized the itemized estimate because I needed my car and didn’t realize how heavily the parts were being marked up. Afterward, I found the same part online for around $250, while I had been charged nearly $900 for it.
