awww they’re going out of business:/ maybe if they had an inkling of customer service they would get more business. Anytime I went in there I was ignored. Not sure if it’s because I’m a woman, but I know other women experienced the same thing it’s not just current staff, there has been a long tradition of rudeness and lack of personality from their employees. Good riddance

Terrible customer service. For one, Jesse was curt when I asked if he had a particular shirt in a smaller size. Then apparently you don't do gift receipts, "just the regular receipt." Also, not knowing how to void an item and muttering "f@$&" under his breath, and then the icing on the cake was him tossing my credit card across the counter at me, and stating, "Sign" as the receipt printed. Great store, great staff. Excellent selection of sport wear and memorabilia. The worker Jake seems like a nice fella.
