Used to love this place for the quick turnaround but the little boy working at the counter the evening of Feb 11th was extremely rude for no reason whatsoever. If he’s there with the same attitude problem next time I visit I’m taking my film back and going somewhere else 🤷♀️
Getting a passport photo for a toddler in the terrible twos is not for the faint of heart. My son is deep in his “he’s a runner, he’s a track star” era, meaning he moves at Olympic speed and considers sitting still a personal attack. They don’t really answer the phones and didn’t really listen when I gave them my email so I didn’t get the scans and had to walk to them so they could fix it. B&H is definitely better and I’ll probably use them to develop and scan film in the future. Also the staff is rude.
I came in today to get passport photos taken for my newborn and expected a straightforward experience. Unfortunately, my interaction with the young man working at the desk was unpleasant from the start. His attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, and it felt like he did not want to provide service. Needed a last minute print for a family member's funeral and they managed to turn it around very quickly. Staff was very kind and helpful.
