There’s a tall, grey haired 40-year-old man working the front desk who is consistently rude and patronizing every time I go. Their film development is subpar. Never coming here again. Bad vibes.
Customer service was extraordinary. The representative was friendly and patient. He was fast and made it EZ to order prints off my phone.
The customer service is horrible here. I got my artwork with real gold foil scanned here for $40, and I pointed out the gold was fragile when I dropped it off. An hour after picking up the artwork, i realized the gold somehow got smudged and my artwork was visibly damaged. I went back to the store right away and told the employees what happened. Instead of offering a resolution or a discount, they told me to contact the manager on my own. Why would I do your own job for you? I'll never go back to this place.
