Customer service doesn't exist at this store. They do not provide any professional printing services. Sales assistant walked away from me , saying I need to help other customers, who came in after me. You can't get an 8x10 print on 11x14 paper. This is no better than a CVS kiosk

Film developing here is always a success and good prices. A great option for developing photos
Always a positive experience when I visit Pro Image Photo. The staff is friendly and turnaround times are very quick — they’ve even developed my film same day on multiple occasions, which is incredible! Prices are great too. I’m not too familiar with what other labs charge, but compared to B&H, where I used to go, this place is significantly more affordable.
THEY LOST MY FILM. Dropped off a disposable camera and roll of film. I know for a fact that I left both there because I specifically asked the guy if I'd receive BOTH rolls in the 2-3 day period he claimed that I would. I also texted my roommate immediately after saying I had dropped off both rolls. I went straight home after. I am a very organized person there is no possible way I was mistaken. 2 days pass and I get back the roll from the old camera, but not the other one.
