I was a little worried about the timing as they were later than expected, but the technician quickly found a damaged capacitor and got it rebuilt in under an hour. Repair was good, but would have been nice if they’d let us know about the delay sooner.

The original unit was too small for our space and they put in a new system that matched the needs in around three hrs. They explained every step of the process as they were doing it, and they made sure I knew how to handle the new controls before they left.

Had to take apart our A/C system because the unit was not efficient. The technician removed each part off, one at a time, in about two hours. He worked, stopping to explain the method. He also found an issue with the ductwork that we had missed that may explain some of the airflow issues we were having before.

The repair took about 2 hours which I felt was reasonable given they had to replace a faulty capacitor which was not picked up in the last inspection. I appreciated their thoroughness, contrasted to the first tech who misunderstood it as a thermostat issue, and left too quickly.
