Had screen room install a year and half ago Mark does not return Phone calls or text. I have a track that was bent on install mark told he would take care of it and here we are. Caught Mark on video taking about cutting corners. His installation guy said that he wouldn’t do it. Put the post in the wrong spot causing holes in my patio. Lied about the start date, never ordered the materials, measured incorrectly, and tried to charge me more until I told him I had him on camera. Tried to run drainage two feet across my patio. DO NOT USE THEM, very shady. Chris on install is great. Mark is deceitful and a scammer. Sales person was incompetent and messed a lot up.

So I have been trying for a year to get Mark to replace or fix my Temu windows. After a year of empty promises and excuses I contacted Temu directly. I was contacted back the same day and my windows were replaced quickly and efficiently. I had posted a review last winter and Mark said he would fix my windows which should be covered under warranty if I removed the negative review. Buyer Beware! I do have photos to support this and have saved all texts. The reason for the two stars is that I enjoy my sun room.
