The crew was punctual each day, showing up right on schedule and working efficiently from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding — everything looks clean, professional, and built to last. The crew manager made it a point to keep us informed throughout the entire process, keeping us updated on progress and answering any questions we had along the way. Completely satisfied with whole experience of roof replacement from start to finish. On site workers were professional, friendly, and efficient. I have no complaints about their behavior or interaction with neighborhood or ourselves as we occasionally watched the procedure. Michelle at the pro home roofing office was very accommodating and helpful as she assisted in any questions we had during the whole process.
