Communication is lacking and unacceptable with this provider. I had a time sensitive (HOA deadline) balcony work as well as some window replacements that needed to be done. In early March I was referred to Ralph at ProHome1 by a Pella window representative. I was contacted by Ralph. Ralph said he was going on a two week vacation the next day but that he would come out to my condo and take photos that day. Pro Home 1 did a great job on my repair
Ralph from ProHome1 is wonderful. ProHome1 did the Hardi Board, roof, and windows on my home in 2018 and did a terrific job. I needed help with a couple of windows and adding some siding when I had my deck removed and a patio put in, and Ralph was able to help out. Knowledgeable and courteous. He makes sure the job is done right. Thank you!
