Terrible drivers
The staff was very professional and did a great job. Ralph and Jacob were great to work with. I highly recommend.
Communication is lacking and unacceptable with this provider. I had a time sensitive (HOA deadline) balcony work as well as some window replacements that needed to be done. In early March I was referred to Ralph at ProHome1 by a Pella window representative. I was contacted by Ralph. Ralph said he was going on a two week vacation the next day but that he would come out to my condo and take photos that day.
