I am beyond thrilled with my visit today. Due to seasonal allergies, I had excess ear wax removed from my ears. The staff was friendly and the waiting room and procedure rooms were fresh and clean. Dr. Matthews was so kind and explained the procedure as well as tips on how to safely keep my ears clean using an ear anatomy diagram. I always have a great experience when I go to Pro Hearing. They are very professional friendly, kind and do everything they can to make me satisfied. They even help over the phone and have time that you can come in during the week without an appointment to help with needs I think them very much for taking care of me so I can hear.
These audiologist have loads of experience and staff are at top in my opinion for over five years. Thanks Pam and great ladies on staff. I highly recommend
