Getting my medication refilled this month has been a nightmare. I called 5 days in advance (whoever was working & answered my call that day didn’t do their job & put a note in for the doctor) and I'm still waiting for it to be sent in to the pharmacy 6 days later. The Doctors are great! The office staff is horrendous! My daughter called her medication in Friday, she has proof on her phone that she called, the receptionist was rude and not very nice yo her. My daughter had a feeling the receptionist never sent her medication to the Dr so she called on Monday again just to be sure and because we were going away this week, she wanted to make sure she had it. There was so many miscommunications during the time that I was trying to get my gallbladder removed and my mother wasted a 12 Hour Drive because there was a miscommunication between offices. Then on top of that I was completely boggled on why my gallbladder was going out. I'm somebody that usually bicycles between 40 and 60 miles a week in the summertime.
