Professional, no rushed. A good experience
I went to this Urgent Care because they were a listed participant with my health plan and it was very close to my home. I booked ahead online. That was easy!! All of the staff were incredibly kind and cheerful! The PA who saw me was extremely nice and caring!! I was sooo comfortable with all of them. This is my new Go-To place!!! I am so happy I found them!!! Give them a try!! You will be so impressed and happy that you did!!!
The staff and medical care here are excellent, the facility is clean, and we’ve never had a long wait (usually none at all). The billing is the problem. Bills rarely list the patient’s name, the date is often unclear, there’s no description of what was treated, and no itemized breakdown. When multiple bills arrive, it’s nearly impossible to tell who each one is for, when the visit was, or what it covered. Because of the ongoing billing issues, we’ve started using other urgent cares.
