Just try to making an appointment with my supposed primary care doctor, and they told me he was booked into next year already, it's july! Give me a freaking break.... Immediately switch to Hartford healthcare in a much more satisfied with a much more professional medical provider. Zero stars!
I love this office, the staff is so incredibly friendly and very helpful. I wasn't too excited to be going to any doctors, I mean who is, after previous experiences with unprofessional staff at a different unaffiliated office, but the staff here are just AMAZING, I had to switch APRNs because mine ended up leaving the practice, but Holly has been so absolutely wonderful. She listens to every concern I have and slowly works through it all with me addressing each and every aspect. Really awesome environment and people.
Worst doctors office!! Constantly mess up my mothers medications she needs to SURVIVE!! The first 5 times I let it go as a mistake. This office is Always overbooking and making people wait. They have rescheduled our appointments after we waited for 30 mins due to overbooking and they once cancelled my mothers appointment because we were 5 minutes late. Avoid this office at all costs!!!
This is the worst doctor office around they don't answer the phone and they never call you back when you leave a message DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE
