Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional people work here. Things were confusing and a mess when I first picked up my cpap machine and supplies and it got worse when I tried to get a new mask a year later. I don't know how this company can stay in business. Some facts; they were incompetent in communication with my family doctor, they are rude and unhelpful both in person and on the phone, they are disorganized with paperwork. I do not recommend ProHealth in Prattville.
Little hiccups first visit but second visit was wonderful. Extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly.
If I could score them with zero stars I would. What a terrible way to run a medical supply business. I'm a CPAP user and my previous medical supplier (Precision CPAP) went out of business and my account was automatically transferred to Pro Health. What a nightmare it has been! My previous supplier was also located in Prattville would mail me my supplies every quarter. When my prescription was about to expire, they would inform me in advance so I could get it renewed.
