How can you run a medical supply company and not file to an insurance. Expect someone to come out of pocket for this cost of equipment. Most people on disability don't have that kind of income. I'm surprised your still in business.

I normally don’t post reviews but feel others need to know how inefficient Pro Health in Prattville is. This last time it took 6 business days and 3 phone calls only for them to finally on the 6th day tell me they needed more information to fill my CPAP prescription. Never once on my previous phone calls did they let me know they needed additional information. Things like this have been an ongoing problem over the last several years. Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional people work here. Things were confusing and a mess when I first picked up my cpap machine and supplies and it got worse when I tried to get a new mask a year later. I don't know how this company can stay in business. Some facts; they were incompetent in communication with my family doctor, they are rude and unhelpful both in person and on the phone, they are disorganized with paperwork. I do not recommend ProHealth in Prattville.
