Little hiccups first visit but second visit was wonderful. Extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly.
If I could score them with zero stars I would. What a terrible way to run a medical supply business. I'm a CPAP user and my previous medical supplier (Precision CPAP) went out of business and my account was automatically transferred to Pro Health. What a nightmare it has been! My previous supplier was also located in Prattville would mail me my supplies every quarter. When my prescription was about to expire, they would inform me in advance so I could get it renewed. The company served their purpose during our time of using them, they were nice and communicative. My only negative remark would be to make sure you get everything stated by them, IN WRITING. Upon purchasing a piece of medical equipment from this company, we were informed that we could return the equipment when we were finished with it, and we would get a flat refund of XXXX dollars without any fees or taxes, no matter the condition or parts.
