Pathetic service. Got my keratin treatment which is gone in one wash. The product wasn't applied properly and he only focussed on temporary straining which went away after one wash and my hair was back to frizzy as before. Wasted my money.

This review is about the phone and lack of answering. Not good practice to have a voice prompt take calls and then leave you on infinite hold waiting for someone to pick your held call. Called somewhere else
