I should have read the reviews more throughly before I went... I agree with Kasey: if you have thick hair, definitely do not go there. The asian woman who works there (Tiffany??) is very nice, but she definitely doesn't have formal training or extensive hair styling skills for complex hair types. She's sloppy with her cutting - just started cutting eventhough my hair wasn't correctly parted, didn't section for the cut and didn't try to check for evenness. I had a short bob haircut today it came out good. I have had this hair before so I know it was done well even tho it was my first time getting it done here. It’s very affordable and close to me. My husband and son also get their haircuts from here. She does a great job.
