Buyer beware if you are considering doing business with this Company! I entered into a contract with Pro-guard Roofing & Remodeling of Binghamton, NY to build an addition on my house in Feb. 8, 2015 and was told they could start in one week and they said that they had all the required Insurances to proceed. Unfortunately after signing a contract I was informed they had no Workman's Comp or Liability insurance required to pull the permit to start the job.
