Hands down our FAVORITE and BEST Escrow company to work with! Everyone from the receptionist to assistants are great to work with!! They are unable to explain the charges deducted for HOA dues. Example: $410 per month, with one month outstanding. Deducted $1,757. They point the finger at the HOA, who says that's what they were told by Pro Group. Two months later, still unable to explain exactly what is owed and why. Update: After posting this, I received a response. This doesn't resolve the issue, but points me back to the other party. I'm still not happy with the way it was handled and hope to get it resolved, but its not looking good.
