Absolutely terrible shipping/ packaging. Had load my own vehicle. Confirmed to me all their shipping / packing is the poor. Promised certain time frames. No called, and days later picked up my own shotty pallet. This is why Lowes and Home Depot are growing.....
ProGrade replaced our flooring in our entire house and added a backsplash in our kitchen. They were so amazing to work with. They really care about their customers and provide top tier work. Highly recommend!
