Absolutely terrible shipping/ packaging. Had load my own vehicle. Confirmed to me all their shipping / packing is the poor. Promised certain time frames. No called, and days later picked up my own shotty pallet. This is why Lowes and Home Depot are growing.....
ProGrade replaced our flooring in our entire house and added a backsplash in our kitchen. They were so amazing to work with. They really care about their customers and provide top tier work. Highly recommend!
Everyone we talked to here is very friendly and they even sent someone right out to fix the trim work that set wrong due to our weight distribution. Highly recommend, and will for use them next time we plan on getting carpet done!
