Alex is a pro and a super nice guy. Quick turn around, good communication on issues that he sees, and very competitive pricing. I don’t hesitate to bring my cars to him cause I know I’ll be treated very fairly and get great service.
I brought in a car I wanted to buy for pre purchase inspection. The dealer also did an inspection and said there were no issues, but this mechanic helped identify a repair they missed that costs $1000 to fix. He was very detailed and checked every part and helped save me money.
My daughter is my world. Her safety means everything to me when it comes to her Passat. I brought it to Alex for a tune up, radiator flush, brakes/rotors, and a oil change. Alex only uses factory OEM, but he priced everything at a very fair price. He had every done in just over 3 hours. His expertise is fantastic! I highly recommend Pro German.
Great service for a good price. I took my mercedes C43 for a basic oil and filter change as it was due, it was done in less than 3 hours, so the service is super fast in my opinion. I recommend this place for a German car service or repair. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Price was on point.
