Excellent Service I had an excellent experience with this auto service. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and honest. They took the time to explain everything clearly and did a great job taking care of my vehicle. The work was done carefully and efficiently, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and transparency. It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto shop these days, but I’m very happy I found this place. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and honest automotive ... read more
I do not recommend this shop at all....took my car to him not even a year ago and to this day I am still finding problems he has caused. I had such a great experience with this mechanic! They fixed two oil leaks and my brakes, and everything came out perfect. They even covered a part for me, which I truly appreciated. The price was very fair and the service was honest and professional. They did a WONDERFUL job, and I’m super grateful for their help. My car is running great now! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Top level experience! Pro German Car Service and Alex were amazing. Alex made me feel like my car issues/concerns actually mattered to him. He took his time with me and completed the work on time.
I wrote them on a weekend and even though they were closed they wrote me back a personal response. I was scheduled for Monday morning. My car was ready by noon. I will definitely use this shop again and I will recommend them to everyone that has a German cars and their pricing is about half of what the dealership cost. Transmission service I was quoted $920 from the dealership and they did it for me for $450 same exact job.
