My daughter is my world. Her safety means everything to me when it comes to her Passat. I brought it to Alex for a tune up, radiator flush, brakes/rotors, and a oil change. Alex only uses factory OEM, but he priced everything at a very fair price. He had every done in just over 3 hours. His expertise is fantastic! I highly recommend Pro German.

UPDATE: After a few days of driving the break lamp warning light came on so I brought the car back to Alex and without an appointment he got me in and out, and there was no charge other than the cost of the bulb. Great service for a good price. I took my mercedes C43 for a basic oil and filter change as it was due, it was done in less than 3 hours, so the service is super fast in my opinion. I recommend this place for a German car service or repair. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Price was on point.
Excellent shop and Alex is a great mechanic. He is honest, and gets repairs done very fast. I had a dealership wanting to charge me a lot to do a bunch of repairs at once. I found Pro German Car Service and explained all the repairs that needed to be done. 3 days later the car runs great. The best mechanic in AZ by far. Alex gets the job done on time, on budget and explains everything in a very thorough manner.
