Alex did amazing, quick, and honest work! Took my 2014 beetle in, which needed lower control arms replaced. He showed me a video of the underside of the car with the parts in place and the parts in person of what he took off. They were really bad and absolutely needed to be replaced! I'm not a car expert myself but I could clearly see they were damaged and were causing the issues I was having while driving. Now the car drives smoothly with no sounds as I drive over speed bumps. Alex is a pro and a super nice guy. Quick turn around, good communication on issues that he sees, and very competitive pricing. I don’t hesitate to bring my cars to him cause I know I’ll be treated very fairly and get great service.
Great service for a good price. I took my mercedes C43 for a basic oil and filter change as it was due, it was done in less than 3 hours, so the service is super fast in my opinion. I recommend this place for a German car service or repair. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Price was on point.
Alex has worked on our Porsche a couple of times-he is super knowledgeable and pricing is much less than going to dealership. If you are looking for someone to work on your foreign vehicle, I would highly recommend giving Pro German Car Service a call.
