Finally found a down to earth, friendly, experienced, professional, and not out to steal all your money mechanic! Alex has been working on my Mercedes E class and has made it an amazing daily driver for me! Not to mention he has beat every other mechanics prices in the area!! He is super knowledgeable and I will definitely be going back to him in the future. Tempted to buy another German car now that I know I have a reliable mechanic!
Alex did amazing, quick, and honest work! Took my 2014 beetle in, which needed lower control arms replaced. He showed me a video of the underside of the car with the parts in place and the parts in person of what he took off. They were really bad and absolutely needed to be replaced! I'm not a car expert myself but I could clearly see they were damaged and were causing the issues I was having while driving. Now the car drives smoothly with no sounds as I drive over speed bumps. I had some amazing work done this past week. Dealer was looking at a huge cost and Pro German had it done for a fraction of the cost. This is the second time I have come here and both times I have been blown away by the work and pricing. Once the work is complete, I was shown all my previous parts and what went wrong, the completed work and even though I don't really know what I'm always looking at, I appreciate the lengths to show quality, honest work!
I tried this shop out for the first time. Alex charged me over $4,000, even though I was quoted $2,500-3,000. The problem still hasn't been fixed because of a special tool, even though he assured me he could take care of the issue. When we arrived, we had to wait in the small front office without air conditioning while he prepared an invoice for me. The car was returned to me in worse condition than when it was given to me. Great service for a good price. I took my mercedes C43 for a basic oil and filter change as it was due, it was done in less than 3 hours, so the service is super fast in my opinion. I recommend this place for a German car service or repair. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Price was on point.
