I had Mike here today and he did an absolutley fabulous job and I certainly hope the next service I have I get Mike again
This firm took advantage of my wife and double billed her, taking advantage of her not knowing, and me not being there… When I contacted them and threatened to turn them into the BBB, they offered $100 if I would just go away… I did contact the BBB, but I like to warn anyone reading this about their tactics… I have read the response from PGHS and I have a copy of their invoice right infront of me… with their 200 number in big bold font… and we paid by cheque.., so if PGHS wants a copy of the bill, just supply an email addres... read more
This company cold called me and represented themselves as Progas North Vancouver. They are not. They are Pro Gas and Heating from Surrey. They arrived, spent 20 minutes checking for leaks and charged me $178. Then they said I needed to drain my system and they could do it for $900 if I paid a deposit. Avoid if you want a professional job or any work of value.
They blocked my view to watch them work, when I was standing by the door. Not professional at all. Very rude and told me to go upstairs while they were in the basement. They also turned up the heat in the basement when nobody even lives there. While upstairs I have 88 year old senior parents, who would get less heat because they turned basement heat on. I will not be calling them again. I deal with rentals for last 3 decades and have never had experience like this ever before.

The technician (Mike) was so knowledgeable and answered all our concerns and questions with confidence. I absolutely recommend their service to whoever needs repair or installing heating/cooling system with peace of mind.
