Had a wonderful experience with this company last year. Dave Wilson sold me a propane fireplace. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Heats the main floor pretty well. We did the surround ourselves.
We built our home in Kagawong 8 years ago and wouldn't have considered purchasing and installing all our equipment, including a Viessmann boiler system, from anyone else. I have had a personal friendship with Tim, the owner, for about 30 years. He has always responded to our calls for service up until November 29, 2022. My husband called and left a message--no response. He called again December 5th and spoke with the receptionist. He was told she had no idea when they could come. Progas did the initial installation! Called they said aprox. 2 weeks! What a joke. Too busy with new business , seems like they don’t care to service exiting customers with an issue! Will never call again…….
We have been very happy with the equipment installed by Pro-Gas and the occasional service calls when requested. A very happy customer!
The absolute worst company we’ve ever had the displeasure of attempting to do business with… multiple times we were told we would receive a call back regarding an installation only to never get any sort of call and were forced to call back ourselves… had an appointment scheduled where we were told that we would receive help when one of the workers arrived, and when they called us while the worker was on route to our house they told us that they had never agreed to have the worker help us move the item, so they turned around ... read more
