Ben and his team were professional, great communication, and punctual. Pricing was right there with other competitors and the reason I chose Ben was because of his professionalism, transparency, and communication. Took less than a day to completely install a new hurricane garagge door, tracks and motor. They also had to remove the old wood and trim and replaced with new wood. Excellent Service! I called early morning after one of the two angle irons that attach the motor to the ceiling broke the night before. Ben came out at 11:00 AM the same day, fixed the problem and said the springs and rollers were very old and the strain on the motor probably caused the angle iron to break. He gave me a very fair price for the whole job which I knew was due. Now the garage door works perfectly and is very quiet. Thanks Ben for the quick response and getting our garage door operating like new again.

Ben is very professional and knowledgeable, great services and very patience when he had to come multiple times. And best of all, he is very honest. After I ordered replacement part through him, he found out that the part was still under manufacture warranty. So, he helped me to refund the replacement one, and helped me to go through the manufacture’s claiming process, and got me a free part. Saved me a lot of money.

I can’t say enough great things about Ben and Pro Garage. My son recommended them to me when I purchased my home and they did not disappoint. They installed my insulated garage door and garage door opener which met my HOA requirements. Their prices are reasonable and the installation of both was professional.

Ben was great to deal with from start to finish. We ordered our garage door from him for a brand new house we were building. His prices beat everybody else and his service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who’s looking for a new garage door or service to their garage door, you won’t be disappointed.
